After a physical survey, we installed a site-specific system layout that surrounds key zones and helps control mosquito density.

Understanding the Site and Its Challenges
Mumbai’s coastal climate brings long humid periods and strong monsoon months, which can increase mosquito activity in many parts of the city.
For a large hotel property next to the highly polluted Mithi River, the risk is higher because stagnant and polluted water stretches can become steady breeding and movement zones.
A Thoughtful, Site-Specific Solution
Our team first studied the property edge closest to the river and the guest-facing outdoor zones. We considered likely entry routes from the riverside, air movement, resting pockets within landscaping, and how guests and staff use the spaces through the day.
Based on this assessment, we designed a custom deployment plan:
