Understanding the Site and Its Challenges
This stretch of Pune sits close to the Mutha River corridor. During and after monsoon spells, river-edge wet patches and growth along the river belt can increase mosquito movement into nearby outdoor spaces.
With heavy breeding reported just next to the property, customer comfort in open dining and gathering areas was being affected during peak hours.
