Understanding the Site and Its Challenges
Courtyard by Marriott Gorakhpur sits near Ramgarh Tal, a large water body that shapes the property’s outdoor environment.
Gorakhpur also sees heavy monsoon months, and seasonal rainfall can increase mosquito pressure around waterlogged zones and lake-side areas.
For a hotel that hosts outdoor dining, lawn gatherings, and guest movement across open areas, the need was to reduce mosquito density in a way that stays respectful to the guest experience.

Our team carried out a physical survey to understand mosquito pressure points across the property. We reviewed likely breeding and resting zones, air movement, nearby water influence, and how guests and staff use outdoor areas through the day.
Based on this assessment, we designed a custom deployment plan:
