Alsana House is a luxury bungalow in Vile Parle where outdoor sit-outs and garden time matter. With a nala running near the front and back boundary, the property faced regular mosquito pressure. We planned a site-specific mosquito control setup that stays quiet and easy to manage day to day.

Site-specific problem statement
The bungalow had mosquito pressure building up around boundary edges and outdoor use zones because the nala on both sides supported breeding nearby. In Mumbai, coastal humidity and monsoon months can further increase mosquito activity around shaded green pockets and water-linked areas. This directly affects lawns sit sit-outs, and evening family time.
A plan built around the property layout and outdoor usage
We reviewed the garden zones entry movement and the higher exposure edges near the nala. We also considered shaded resting pockets near greenery and how mosquitoes move into family use areas during evening hours.
Based on this assessment, we designed a custom deployment plan:
